Our Lychee juice concentrate is made using produce harvested from orchards of Uttarakhand  To assure the high quality and fresh taste of our results, only perfectly ripe Lychee is used. Following harvest, the Lychee has only a short journey to our clean, state-of-the-art processing facilities where the juice is promptly extracted. This short timescale in harvest and processing ensures that the paste is of the highest quality and is bursting with fresh flavour and nutrients.
