CORIANDER PASTE 

Our Coriander (Cilantro) paste is made using produce harvested from orchards of Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh. To assure the high quality and fresh taste of our results, only perfectly ripe Coriander is used. Following harvest, the Coriander has only a short journey to our clean, state-of-the-art processing facilities where the paste is promptly extracted. This short timescale in harvest and processing ensures that the paste is of the highest quality and is bursting with fresh flavour and nutrients.
